Although I currently live on the ocean in a wonderful secluded area of Miami, I’ve been getting the feeling that it’s time for a change and get into an area with a whole lot more going on. Since there are a ton of real estate agents out here in Miami (me being one of them as well), it gets tough finding one that will directly fit your needs. Although I have lived here for 2 years and am somewhat familiar with the area, I needed someone with a true understanding of South Beach itself to point me in the right direction. I called a dear friend of mine for her opinion and she directed me to this cool website called www.BuyonBeach.com . Once I dove into the website, I was pretty impressed by what I saw. Not only were the photos and info pretty cool, the woman was extremely cute as well. I scheduled an appointment to meet Sarit Oren personally and have her show me some condos. We started in an area called South of Fifth, with buildings named Murano Grande, The Icon and The Apogee. All of the units in these buildings were AMAZING! The only details I gave Sarit were that I liked hip, modern, and walking distance to fun. Following these showings and before the other ones she took me out to lunch at a place called Sushi Shoji. After being blown away by the condos, lunch was just the icing on the cake. The restaurant was hip, modern and the food was purely amazing (personally I think she might have been trying to grease my wheels to buy). After walking out of lunch with a huge smile on my face, she told me that we have 2 more showing to go to, and that they were gonna be different. The first one was an awesome unit at The W Hotel on South Beach (which apparently offers condos for purchase), and the second was at The Gansevoort, both of which are ultra-hip as well! After all of this showing which consumed most of my day and would usually leave me in a crabby ass mood, I was pleasantly surprised by the fact that I wasn’t flustered and actually enjoyed the entire process. One HUGE compliment that I would definitely say about this woman and experience is that she showed me ONLY units that were directly in my budget! Not for one second did she try to upsell me on anything, which says a lot about the person you are dealing with. Now that its time for me to go home cause I have a ton of thinking to do, the one thing I am sure of is that I would and WILL recommend her to anybody that ever asks me to point them in the right direction in buying real estate in Miami. Whether it be a rental unit or a $10mm condo, Sarit Oren and www.BuyonBeach.com are 100% the way to go!
